  • before and after treatment photographs;
  • any personal information on RING camera  (as covered by our RING Policy);
  • payment information such as bank accounts or credit card details;
  • payment history; and
  • sensitive information such as medical information provided by you and collected by us as part of your treatment file, details of telehealth consultations, and any allergies you may have.

We may also collect information relating to your access and use of our website including social media accounts or apps, IP address, device type, browser information, time and date of access, location data, webpages visited, and other website-related information including through the use of internet cookies.

Information which does not disclose your identity, or enable your identity to be ascertained), will not be classified as personal information and therefore will not be subject to this Privacy Policy.

You are not obliged to provide your personal information to us, however in some instances, if you do not provide your personal information, we may be unable to provide services or products to you.

  • only if you  consent too,  we can publish before and after treatment images on our website;
  • with your consent, contact you to provide information about our products, services, and special offers;
  • obtain feedback from you about our products and services;
  • record statistical data for our internal marketing analysis;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations, carry out internal audits or investigations, prevent fraud or other unlawful activities, or ensure the safety and security of you and us;
  • enable our medical practitioners to provide you medical consultation for your treatments and any post-treatment review and consultation;
  • record quantitative and qualitative medical and treatment data for internal medical and treatment analysis and research;
  • fulfil purposes that are reasonably necessary or ancillary to the above mentioned purposes; and
  • fulfil any other purposes which we may have notified you prior to, or at the time of, obtaining your consent.

We may, from time to time, send direct marketing communications to you about our services and other material that we consider you would find interesting.

We hold your personal information both in hard copy and electronically, on our own servers and those of our service providers.

Our Behavioural Standards

At Bellissime Cosmetics Ballarat , we take our commitment to health and safety seriously and strive to create an environment that is safe and without risks to physical and psychological health, including because of bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment and workplace violence and aggression.

As a client of Bellissime Cosmetics Ballarat , you have a right to expect an environment in which you are treated with courtesy and respect by our team members.

Bellissime  Cosmetics requires clients to behave in compliance with its behavioural expectations and to take reasonable care that their own acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons such as Bellissime Cosmetics team members.

Bellissime Cosmetics reserves the right to cease service, or refuse service to anyone who breaches, or has breached, its behavioural expectations, including but not limited to persons engaging in:

  • Bullying in person and  Inclusive of Online
  • Physical violence;
  • Aggression;
  • Sexual harassment;

Refund Policy:

With all medical procedures it is essential that the client  understands all bodies  may react differently. Whatever the outcome, the product and or service has been provided,  it is therefore not possible for Bellissime  Cosmetic Clinic  to refund procedure fees. This is non-negotiable.

Our team will will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the client requests,  though no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any medical procedure performed.


Cancellation Fee:

Cancellation fee of $150 applies to appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notification. If your appointment is scheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment time, a $150 cancellation fee does apply should you cancel the appointment. This is non-negotiable at Bellissime Cosmetics.

 

Cosmetic Injectables

  • A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings. 
  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of Bellissime Team nurses injectors.
  • Bellissime Cosmetic consultations are obligation free if but  will attract a fee in accordance with the cosmetic injections pricing schedule . This is fully redeemable if the client books a procedure on the day or in the upcoming  weeks.
  • For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of the Bellisime Cosmetic  clinics for details on 0499533272.
  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
  • Packages cannot be split over appointments for infection control reasons
  • The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds Policy apply to all treatments purchased.
